The shipping/delivery charges are based on the weight of instruments of order. The shipping/delivery charges can be seen by selecting order in cart. The shipping is mainly done via DHL, but it can be any other if customers wants. The shipping charges are different for different countries based on their geographical region. 

The PayPal is accepted for online busying. If customer wants to use any other option, we request you to write us on “info@kapnol.com”. We are available to assist you 24/7.  

Delivery time depends on the size of order. in common practice, we deliver 5000 instruments quarterly.

After you placing order, we read your order and contact you back with our official email address  and confirm that your order has been received. We can also make call if it’s needed.
